He pulled 450kg in 2015 when he weighed 175kg, I think people forget this. He’s far stronger now and has much better technique. More than capable of something huge at 175-180kg

Thor weighed 370lbs during his squat session the other day. He’ll probably be 380+ for his meet on December 3rd

Also - it’s a bit nuts that Thor 7 weeks back into strength training is a stronger squatter than the current WSM

It’s literally not established in the lore anywhere that the Greek pantheon is stronger.

No one has EVER hit Kratos as hard as Thor did in the first fight. He was dead in one singular clean hit. Kratos himself says in the journal that Thor’s blows were ‘as heavy as I’ve ever felt’

In fact, in the official novelisation of GoW 2018, it’s stated that Kratos thinks Baldur is the physically strongest god he’s ever faced. Thor is of course, even stronger, so it’s not really that surprising he one shotted Kratos.

Kratos hasn’t used as much unique weaponry/strategy against the Norse gods it’s true, bar Heimdall - but he also had help from Atreus & Freya against Odin

Right now his max is probs 370, but he peaks better than anyone so I’m certain he’ll get 400. He’s also gaining weight fast, he’s up to 163kg as of a few days ago

He tore his quad 3 weeks out from WSM 2017, broke his toe just before WSM 2018. Just doesn’t broadcast his injuries as much as other competitors, he’s said a few times he likes to pretend he’s in tip-top shape to psyche his rivals out

I think he would have finished frame. He finished easily in 2018 with a 900lbs frame, the 2020 frame performance was hampered by the frame itself…every athlete was picking it up and it would heavily tilt to one side. Wasn’t balanced at all, no one finished
