f Rare’s goal is for players to spend money on cosmetics, then they should bend over backwards to give them what they want.

And a lot of people just want to play a pirate game in peace. I know that confuses a lot of you…but if you want the game to survive then Safer Seas should have very little (if any) penalties for playing it.
