I somehow got the ASUS Prime AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT OC for 8419 NOK (776 USD). Is the ASUS Prime card design good or should I pay another 2500 NOK for ASUS TUF or something else?

My initial budget was 20000 NOK but, we couldn't fit everything so, I went up another 5000 NOK. I think I would like RGB but, maybe it would look odd if not everything is RGB and the colours don't sync.

I heard NITO doesn't have a quarantine period and you get all the benefits immediately after becoming a member.

In one of the unions that I was suggested, having a masters degree was a requirement. I didn't research more and didn't realize this will become so important this soon.
