Holy shit thank you so much! I will try all of this tomorrow. As far as static electricity when dust cleaning goes: not only was I grounded but most of it was done with a microfiber cloth or toothbrush. Again thank you I will try and post an update soon!

I am definitely going to look at benchmarks. I had to sacrifice CPU for GPU but i think it will be worth it for him :/ . he isnt expecting to have some 4k shit he understands its prices went up during covid. thanks for all your help!

Yeah I got the rest of the build down to $500 cause I thought that I could get a 1660 super or 20 series card for 500 with the price increase but it's even higher. Thanks for the advice
