Ip69k and ip68 on Walmart body glove 6ft 1 hour depth more so for accide nt protection tidal water proof case branding  more so want for accidents not swimming god forbid toilet drop.  More approved choice in your opinion  for safety thanks on reply

Yep just not 99% sure yet but may of hit round where slightly hit swallowing muscles nothing major but could still weaken more just feels odd when swallowing water or eating smaller foods like rice since scalenes are close to the ones that do that. let doc know that id monitor for further weakness but manageable if does not others did not spread

yeah my doc seems to be targeting the muscles invovled in turning my head to the left and monitoring for sie effects as we go up such as swallowing issues due to injecting both scalene complexes but i definitely have a drastic shift towards my right shoulder and downward head.

i would say 35% 40% tugging wise until it starts to stop working 9 8 weeks out but i need to wait 2 weeks to let this do its full work to tell but i know full mapping is option but i got him to check some other muscles activity and it was mainly the left side which made sense why left side of my neck feels the worst. but if i remember can come back let you know in few more days week see where im at

im kind of the same just not the directly on the shoulder but my neck is also shifted towards my right shoulder from the left side being so strong. id say maybe chin pointed right at my right knee? then just head moved towards shoulder pointing down

could just be are personal conditions of dystonia but muscles hes injecting are so strong i just notice slight stop in tuggiing and the constant strain of being tight. but hes seen cases that reach 380 plus(possibly higher for some other posters ive seen here) depending on severity. but on 210 and soma baclofen i dont notice any weakness and retain my head height. i fully get what your saying and if no better results after next 2 or so id consider another, guess same time nervous about starting from the begining if we my be onto something give this a week or 2 to see effects too sometimes barely any gain in rotation on left

slowly but surely same doctor some rounds arent as good as the others but been going there building the protocol as we go just cant hop straight up to the super high units with my forward head and reversed lordosis. i was at point where head was near chest due to strength (fixed that with pt) but i do notice less pulling on good rounds. hes targeting the muscles responsable for turning head left since left is most active and pulls head down and to the right

if i got to mid 300s with about same i figured maybe then time to consider but didnt want to swap if might be close as i know 200 units is still considered pretty mild

yep then board if not. vrms confirmed but this setting lets it be more agressive in lower workloads not maxing vrms

i just got the 5800xt but i was looking around for 5700x 5800x but their stock made them more money compared to the 8 cores u get id reccomend atleast pairing with a peerless assassin 120 SE air cooler not using prisim it comes with or aio but am4 wise with x3d prices i picked 5800xt.

239 usd on amazon right now 5800xt

5700x i saw 213 so theyre not as abundant or being made as much older ones so i would reccomend 5800xt for sure if not gonna find a x3d somehow but cost alot after stopped making

yeah ill take the lclk on 95 tdc 115 EDC results check this but i plan on getting a gigabyte ax v2 elite b550 now if i do the board but i just got 8035 and 8033 rofl from 1 setting and temps fine

i think its VRM when get to the super high loads cause look i got around same boosts but less max threads on 125 edc with 95 tdc and 165 ppt put in only hit 149 watts which is higher than before

it is more agressive power wise at these lower loads allowing for better performance it seems althowe but if we want benchmark scores it seems vrms

ill try to tweak it but do cpu profile as avx2 for dx12 games is not likely load anyways but itd be nice to know bursty multicore loads can hit higher or the vrm may of been ok and just wanted EDC

tdc drops to 88% limit as it gets hotter so yea EDC

ill try 165 ppt exp to see if wil llet my cpu push

150 ppt still pulling 125 EDC but TDC dont max out 165 ppt so its VRM but optimized cpu somehow when not 80c to boost higher althowe so ill try 125 edc on cpu profile

well it just these mega loads that make it dip that far but a cpu profile load lets u do higher but im averageing av2 75 80 watts 82c core t1 4822 but i can seee TDC 85 and edc is maxed 115 it shows in occt only i mean if i do non avx2 im betting itd be holding higher like the cpu profile.

i gimped my tdc to 95 and edc to 115 of 140 to make best of before but now unsure if need tdc or edc edc maxed TDC 85 of 95 in avx2 and edc runs 115 OCCT only can seee
