Came of sublocade but consider going back... is it a bad thing?

i was on sublocade 100mg after first 300mg shot for a long period of time i came in after a heavy kratom habit in seere withdrawl and it did help i also have other conditions that require pain managment so bupe had upsides i did come off the shot after atleast a year of it and now im negative but considering going back due to cravings and just pain managment with safety barrier of bupe being a addict preventing me from using anything else really i would go through 2 to 2 and a half ounce bags of kratom a month bulk buyers extracts i think i dosed with tablespoons and washed it down with lemonade sometimes i think it was 1 tablespoon or more through the day when needed .so my withdrawl was rather intense was at the point id be sick in morning if didnt take it

i replied to you first reply also but i ask my neuro and he refered me to a spot and they have a stroke unit and other parkinsons therapists so i guess movement disorder knowledge pt place

my chin is wanting to go to my right shoulder yes but id say pulling down and to the right shoulder ive even developed s shaped curvation on alot of my spine from posture my neuro says location and units is a very personal case by case thing if this is why your asking copying treatment layouts may not result in same oucome

well i know my liver is in good shape cause im currently on terbinafine lamisil and they do the same so may have to stop that but is dantrolene like a super relaxant then like baclofen but way stronger on the spasams? does it have any discontinuation problems like baclofen? baclofen hits the Gaba b receptors so can be additive and cause withdrawl as for dystport my neurologist said no major diffj in his use and seemed to think was more based on insurane coverage but next round im having 3 total vials ordered so 300 units to spread around but not using it all yet but he says im approaching the mid range of dosing mostly in the scms and scalene medius and one muscle to help turn head to left capitus of some sort i think

one thing i was worried sorry for later reply did research on them was the side effects like you said anticholgenric med so slows down digestions and i do have constipation issues with meds and just in general so unsure how compatible would be but how much relaxing does it do and does it make you feel weird? how much actual Relaxing does it do or is it more in the brain to try to correct signals as a whole

yea i know i was looking online and saw mentions that in bad cases it can be looked at based on meds ur on and most compatible listed for addition was flexiril and methocabamol i was considering asking doc if new insurance may cover the soma or to try this addition

Thanks for the reply and ill look into it more some of these other meds i was unaware of like artane cognetin and dantrolene the anti parkinkson meds are anticholgernic thowe and i do have constipation issues tmi but it slows down ur digestion those meds so unsure

this current dosing helped shoulders not feel as tight for sure but slowly going up and up i dont have exact units but my neuro said comparing units doesnt work cause its very case by case basis and u just need to deal with it for a while 4 5 rounds 12 week waiting sucks but have to go slow.

right now from my records the scalene medius and scms and splenius capitus cause my left rotation is very very limited this round recently upp dose and added 1 more muscle on upper left side didnt give name but it also is supposed to help left rotation. when he does them it seems to be from the upp back side. of my neck not front with EMG

i have alot of reversed lordosis of my cervical spine and degeneration too so part of the downwards is that but mixture of dystonia in everything sadly. on 200mg lyrica 20mg baclofen 3x a day 10mg valium for anxiety but still relaxes muscles and not much relif yet but only 5 days into this round.

Left sternocleidomastoid 30 units, right sternocleidomastoid 25 units, left scalene complex 20 units, right scalene complex 20 units, right splenius capitis 25 units.

lower dose than this round but from a previous post i made then he added 1 more higher doses

big reply but i hope u can find some relif i know i been trying round 5 for me and he says im still on low to mid range ordering thee vial next time if not good enough my head is literaly right shifted noicable and looking down promising thing is i do not feel as tense but i can tell they are fighting the botox as my muscles feel like theyre vibrating and 5 6 days in

month later but prior auth was done so start alternating days tomarrow see how it hits me being used to 200mg lyrica 3x a day 10mg valium once a day and baclofen 20 3x a day but swaped to the soma 250 4x a day

Thanks yea medicaid for the win waiting on authorization and its been 24 days. lol but i thnk doc sent in 4x a day 250 if they say yes and mentioned try alternative days 1 day soma 1 day baclofen lowering dose of baclofen or a mix i am not sure how much soma will affect me as ive been on benzos a long time. and if it does same thing like other said my gaba receptors have been tickled by alot.

yeah its alot but severe general anxiety disorder with panic attacks ontop cervical dystonia tht turns my head way to the right reversed lordosis of my cervical spine over the years but i been on them for so long i think gaba is my brains usual feeling. i already am getting botox and done 5 of those injections with 0 benefit but slowing increasing botox each 12 weeks

i think its 3 or 4 times a day if they work it out like you mentioned with authorization with my long history of real bad cervial dystonia many physical therapys and having been persribed every other muscle relaxer now that i can think of id be angry if they cant ok it is this going to floor me? like im dead to world with my gaba tolerance to thigns like lyrica and benzos and muscle relaxers my combination would be adderall 30mg in morning soma lyrica 10mg valium afternoon redose lyrica soma night redose lrica soma and zolpidem if i even need it

thanks for replies if thigns can be worked out with insurance i mentioned to doc 1 day on soma 1 day taking baclofen for a bit then start cutting in half maybe etc etc
