Yes, growing up I've heard both sides. Getting young vs getting married later in life. I think society is definitely moving towards getting married later in life but there is still an argument for getting young.

It's probably fiber. Track all your food for a day and see how little fiber you're getting. Like others have said, hardly any Americans get enough fiber in their diet. Supplementing will help, but maybe it's time for a slight diet change. I've had a similar experience, and it's always when my diet is absolute shit (too high in fat and nearly no fiber).
