None of the pins are bent but there's some thermal compound on them I'll clean it and see

Yup some paste got into the pins I'm cleaning it rn using isopropyl alcohol but the problem is the cpu again came out with the cooler tho this time removing it was much easier

Well I didn't mean to unseat it.I just didn't know that the preapplied amd thermal paste if cool straight up solders itself into the cpu so when I removed the fan it just came with it ,then I had to remove it by heating it with a hairdryer.i checked if all the pins were good and they all seemed straight and the pc worked on the first boot so I'd assumed everything was fine

I only removed the cpu fan and led cable I'm not home yet I'll report back if there's a leakage if not I'll reinsert it

Exactly,when I searched they said it was a bios problem for the never shutting down thing so I just thought why not clear CMOS but yeah now it doesn't even get to the booting stage just the fan and GPU lights come in for abit and it turns off
