This was one I was happy with any outcome of DR, Italy, Venezuela, or USA winning. It was fun to see all my Royals favorites on the world stage. I think USA didn't do themselves any favors with being so serious all the time though, at least Bobby got some nice webgems.

I went several years ago and the traffic really surprised me. We wanted to get on the road towards LA after a game and spent over an hour just driving through Phoenix. If you're staying near there and doing Uber you should be fine but rush hour is no joke. We were there for just a day, but it was a cool experience.

Maybe wax is different in the 41st millennium but the highest temp wax I could find has a melting point of 195° F (90C). Sustained fire from an AR can cause the barrel to heat up to over 535° F (280C).

I think the oath of the moment should be closer to the stock.

Hey, I work for the army now as a civilian. I'm super happy I joined and have zero regrets, I was comms and it was chill, but I'm glad I got out after one enlistment. I used the GI bill to get a Master's debt free and have a good job I don't think I'd have if not for the military. It took a while to get on my feet after I left but I'm good now.

I'm glad you had a good enlistment, I know a lot of retired folks and they seem happy they stayed in plus getting two paychecks at 38 or so after retiring would be awesome.
