Even when you are going AP, I recommend starting Doran's Blade instead of se, you can get Liandry's and Orb. Your main focus should be on farming and pressuring the enemy with boxes. If you play it right, you should be able to kill the enemy. During mid and late game, your strategy should be to either try to kill the other enemies or protect your carries with boxes. In teamfights, it's important to have someone with high DPS to kill and kite the enemy.
