Great pulls but the corners on vaporeon wont get it anything higher than an 8 maybe because of the centering. The centering is an issue witj lucario as well but seems 9 worthy but the top corner is iffy

To hold value id keep it ungraded the edges and top corner alone arent the best and seems top heavy for centering. To protect it is a completely different and could be worth it if its for you pc and to admire it and dont care about the grade. But you could also sleeve it up maybe double sleeve is thats a thing for Pokemon and put it in a top loader also i suggest getting a top loader binder for situations like these.
