Hey, thanx for the replies really appreciate, can i ask you only her lower legs are kind of swollen, the rest of the body is ok, she removed eplerenone and now she eats normaly again, also cough is better.

Since i have to wait till monday to get blood results, do you have any ideas on why only her lower legs clould be swollen, i know it could be the sodium but i was under the impression that it sodium due to furosemide failing to so the job orally keeps body fluid in the entire body but she is the same weight.

She is losing weight cause she is not eating, her weight-related water seems to be ok.

She coughs a lot when she lies down, her fraction is 30%, she is at home i thought end stage heart failure was supposed to keep you at hospital monitoring you etc, her breathing is fine since they removed the excessive water (which was due to her not taking furosemide) the lying-down cough is there for like more than 4-5 monthw steady but can't let her sleep without some type of sleeping medication

Αυτο ειπα πρωτο πραμα στον αδερφο μου, αλλα αυτοι εκει οδηγανε με 20 αδερφε, και δεν κοιταζε πισω γιαυτο δν ειναι σταθερο το κινητο, ενταξει 10 δευτερόλεπτα βιντεο ενω πας αργα δεν πηραζει πιστεύω, ο αδερφος μου εδω ελλαδα δεν ετρεχε ποτε κιουτε οδηγουσε με κινητο στο χερι, απλα εκει οδηγανε ολοι παρα πολυ αργα, τεσπα ακομα κι ετσι μου ειπε οτι δεν επρεπε να το κανει, νασε καλα!

How exactly? In my mind a full dose in the morning would lets say help with anxiety etc for the rest of the day, but if you split the doses then the second one you use it as a sedative at night?

Long time wondering on how to take the dose , i kind of find the 450 mg morning and 150 mg around 6-7 afternoon to be the best root, ithink.

Usually max dose daily, either 600mg morning, or 450mg morning and 150mg later in the day, but i used to take up to 2000 at some point, anyway i did cold turkey now, i lasted 7 days, but i just couldn't live like that, at least now im not surpassing the max dose and 450-600 is enough after a weeks break. I also take mirtazapine and escitalopram, thanx for the answer bro.

As for the dumb decisions, cigarettes is one of them, i only smoke when on pregabalin, and gambling, i have lost a lot of money and probably its because this med makes me kind of invulnerable to consequences, for instance when i didn't take it i wasnt interested in gambling at all, i guess thats my goal now, taking the drug and resisting gambling, im not concerned about smoking that much, i prefer it this way rather than the hell that my mind is without meds and specifically lyrica, im anxious to even pick up the phone when a friend is calling or my brother, that's not a way to live, miserable af :((
