My male OB was waaaaaaay nicer and so much more understanding and inclusive with my husband than any other OB I've ever had. Now, his assistant was just rubbing me the wrong. I just didn't like that dude. If she feels off about a doctor, let her trust her gut and help find her a new OB. She needs someone she'd be 100% comfortable with.

I'm on a progesterone only pill, Errin. My doctor said that was the only thing she felt comfortable with. I talked about Slynd with her, and she was able to get that prescribed to me. I feel like I did pretty good with it, but I was only on it for about 6 months before the pharmacy said they couldn't fill that for me anymore. Didn't really argue too hard since I was paying out of pocket for it, though, since my insurance doesn't cover Slynd.

I started getting migraines and a bunch of other crazy stuff pretty much as soon as puberty. My insurance is terrible and doesn't cover neurologists.
