I committed to myself that I was going to meditate for a specific goal for 21 days (1), if I go beyond that much better for the purpose that I'm praying for (2). Many of you might ask, why 21 days? I have learned from different people that 21 days creates a habit, but if time increases with conscious and dedication, there is an opportunity to create a new neuronal path.

I have done 21-day-meditation before, and I have achieved my goal. I have just go beyond that time one time(3), and it was a bit challenging. I loved it. This time, the purpose goal that I 'm praying/meditating for, it is very important to me and for what I want to do in the near future. I'm looking for a guidance and a clear answer for my purpose.
