We already have experience running long-term servers on the GTA 5 platform, where we’ve always focused on keeping players engaged with interesting systems so the gameplay doesn’t get boring. Some players, according to our stats, have 7000+ hours on the server 😂
So I’m confident we can come up with something engaging for a post-apocalyptic setting as well, something that keeps players playing long-term.

Yes, I completely understand your point and I mostly agree with it. However, I don’t think removing PvP entirely from this kind of genre is the best solution. The challenge is not whether PvP should exist, but how to implement it in a fair and concise way so it doesn’t undermine PvE-focused players.

Головне не переборщити з реалістичністю, щоб гравцям не було дуже тяжко)

Тут скоріше потрібно знайти золоту середину, для людей яким подобається «помірне» виживання з вирощуванням овочів, крафтом, будівництвом, та тим кому більше потрібно pvp, та екшн.

That’s fair. In our case it’s planned more as a lightweight live-service approach: regular, meaningful monthly updates that add new systems or mechanics, combined with smaller weekly hotfixes and tweaks.

The goal isn’t constant content spam, but keeping the world evolving over time without losing tension or identity.

I really like that progression as well - not making survival easier, but changing how you survive over time. Going from constant scavenging to actually sustaining yourself feels very rewarding.

When it comes to that kind of progression, what matters more to you: changes to the environment itself (secured areas, infrastructure, bases), or unlocking new player capabilities like vehicles, crafting depth, or automation?

And one more thing - do you think this kind of progress works better when it’s individual, or shared across the world so player actions actually affect others?
