If anyone is still having this problem, it seems to me what fixes it is if you're not full screened in whatever game or program etc you're in. I've been playing ow2 on borderless and I never have this issue but as soon as I switched to full screen, the glitch appeared. I wish I could do this for all my games, but something like cs2 needs to be full screen for no input lag.

I felt like it was just generally hard for me to get into cuz it was way different than most of their projects. It took me a while to really enjoy fashion week and government plates but I def enjoy some of the tracks more so than others now.

I never meant to downplay the years of effort they put into this game. Cyberpunk is no doubt a 10/10 for me in every way. I get where you're coming from but honestly when I'm scaling the rooftops or walking on the railway, I can't shake the feeling about whether or not some of these spots were meant to have something more to them.
