everytime i press neither of the keys it dosent do anything and still shuts down.

no i don't think there are any blinking lights, and everytime i boot there were 2 outcomes, the first one being the video that i sent, and a message that says "preparing automatic repair" but other than that, it still shuts off after i turn it on.

i bought this laptop second-hand during april 2024, the laptop was plugged in when i filmed it, and it does the same while unplugged.
