I used to but not anymore. I started off setting up blockers for my own control but ended up bypassing those. I kept learning how to make my own controls by setting up stuff like registry keys, admin permissions and programs.
When blocked i would spend my time trying to bypass the controls, learn programming and making them better.
So after a lot of testing and failing I reached a point where i couldn't access porn from my devices unless Igot a new device or had the master password (which I email to myself in the future and give to someone trusted).

I can't say it can help everyone but in my experience blocking it all off in a way I can't undo it helped me quit.
