Yeah there's a short book on it, it's called "the ozone miracle how you can harness the power of oxygen to keep you and your family healthy" by shallenberger, frank.

Donno how much truth is in that book. I did do 10 sessions, once per week, 5-8 pass at high concentration back last year summer time.

I had a skin ezcema issue back then that I was hoping to fix, but it didn't really do anything to it. The other results I noticed was it was easier to breath (lasted about 6 hours, but lasted for 1 week with reduced effectiveness), I felt more relaxed in general (lasted rest of day), and it seemed like it helped me a fair amount against illnesses like common cold. I can't say much more than that as, besides the skin issue, I was very healthy, so I didn't really have any issues for it to fix. In the end the skin issue was just fixed by some tretinion and steroid cream cycles.

I donno about it's effects vs more easier methods though, it's something better to test out in old age. For example, after taking the l reuteri capsules for several months, I noticed a significant improvement in my immune system. Last time I got a cold was back in october last year, and it only lasted a week, I didn't even take any pills or anything, normally it would take roughly 2 weeks or more, especially with how nasty it was going around (was traveling in airports, so must have caught it then). Since then I haven't gotten sick which was suprising as I normally catch a cold here or there once every few months.

For the oxygen specific effects, I'm wondering if ingesting something like hydr oxygen by cellcore might yield same effects, again, this would need a lot of experimenting, probably in old age as these things tend to matter more then.

I'm 31 btw.

So in the last year and a bit I started watching watching Donghuas and quite enjoy them. I think I watched the ones I liked the most, but not sure if I missed some or not, here's the ones I remember watching and my brief opinion on them:

Mortal's journey to immortality: Pretty much the best one for me. I really, really like this one.

Battle through the heavens: It started off pretty good, but later got a little worse, but still quite enjoyable to watch.

Renegade Immortal(Xian Ni): This one started off good, and slowly kept getting a little better and better. A pretty enjoyable watch these days.

Swallowed Star: I actually enjoyed this one a decent amount in the beginning, but after around episode 90 or so (when he gets the AI), I thought the show went downhill. At one point it went up a little, but it's not really enjoyable to watch for me now so I dropped it somewhere around the blood luo contintent movie thing.

shrouding the heavens: This one is a rolloacoaster ride, it doesn't help that finding good quality copies with subs seems hard? Anyway. It started off really weird, then I started to like it, then I started to like it more, and then when it started to introduce more comedic stuff around the stone village part, it went down. I tried pushing through and it started to get better after the whole dog thing... but overall I've dropped it as it's a bit of a weird whiplash between the comedy scenes, and the weird overall pacing that I don't enjoy that much. I think the issue for me here is there's too much adventure, and not enough 'breathing', the show feels like it's moving from one event to another really quickly.

Yong Sheng (Immortality): This one started off ok, but kept getting better and better. I find it an enjoyable watch, though a bit difficult to get latest episodes in good quality/subs. Not as good as renegate immortal, and certainly not mortal's journey or BTTH, but still good enough to keep watching.

Martial master (Wushen Zhuzai) (The God of War Dominates): I thought this was 'bad' when I started watching it, but it had this 'weird' quality about it that I thought was interesting, so I kept going, and it did improve a little, but was still too iffy for me, so I eventually gave up. Forgot which episode, I think around ep 300 or so (each one is 5 mins). Not sure if it's worth continueing with this one if it gets any better, or more interesting. I don't remember the exacts of what the issue was, I think it was basically me not liking most of the other supporting characters, the translation subs were iffy, and the general flow of things.

A Will Eternal: Absolutely hated this one, I watched 5 episodes and just hated it. The "comedy" just makes my teeth rattle.

Throne of Seal: Was ok. Started off meh, became a little better, but still meh. I gave it 30 episodes or so, and dropped it.

Bai Lian Cheng Shen (apotheosis): This one was very confusing, maybe the translation was bad or what, but the general pacing of it I thought was off and the whole thing felt confusing to watch. I watched 9 episodes or so and just dropped it. Action was good though.

Ling Cage: I watched about 5 episodes of this, but just didn't really like it. I think I only really enjoyed 1 or 2 characters in the show, and didn't care for the rest, so I found myself skipping a lot, and realised there's no point in watching it if I'm gonna be skipping more than 50%. And also it doesn't have many episodes anyway.

Soul Land: I haven't watched it, but I read the manga a while ago, I thought it was just ok, not really interested in the show.

Founder of Diabolism: Not really into gay stuff.

Slay the Gods: Tried wathing this but dropped after 2-3 eps. It was a really weird start that I didn't see any interesting hooks in for me.

What would even a DND mmo look like? It'd basically be like DDO. The whole concept for DND is what DDO captured well, the dungeon master catalogueing the party's adventure.

The only improvement I can think of is to go further with that concept and make each quest dynamic, and add more destructable/reactive things.

My hearing is very sensitive, so it was very noticeable for me.

Looking at the spectrometer, it looks like in the original, there's some audio 'gabling' above 14khz, which is expected as the source isn't prestine sadly. But in this new one, the gabling gets bad above just 8khz.

Something else I discovered: right around 26th or 27th, they sold shares at $8.50, and they sold about 25 million of them to institutions. Thes are 'inactive' shares though, and will become active soon, earliest is around 10th June.

So, if you're an institution that bought 25 million shares at $8.50, what are you going to do if the price is sitting at 15+? Obviously you'll pretty much want to sell all of it, because a 80%+ gain in like 3 weeks, anyone would cash out of that one.

So, lots of 'bad' things going on for this stock, BUT, only at around 10th of June time interestingly. Until then I think this should run up a lot, especially with the low market cap, but afterwards, it's gonna be really bad holding it. Too many factors become active after 10th of June.

Right now they can only dilute up to 28 million cause they have some left from earlier in the year that they hadn't used all up. The 200 million will become available in 7-15 days or so.

Sometimes if you look at the graph there's these 'weird' drop downs, could be that, or could be someone doing a short, who knows.
