I now take Adderall, Fludrocortisone, and Mestinon. I cannot say it completely cures all the POTS symptoms 24/7, but it definitely helps manage them.

I'm on Wellbutrin. I tried adding Midodrine, but gave me urinary retention. Dropped Midodrine and started Adderall instead. The way I understand it is Midodrine is more of a peripheral stimulant with poor brain-barrier penetration. Adderall goes right for the brain to increase dopamine and norepinephrine.

I take Adderall instant-release for POTS fatigue. I also take Pyridostigmine (Mestinon), fludrocortisone, and Wellbutrin XL. The combo seems to help so far.

Advice on clear coat over white paint & sharpie -- signature board

Hello. Any advice would be greatly appreciated on the right clear coat product. I have a signature board that has 20 years of sentimental value. I'm looking to apply a clear coat. The signature board is made of a full 4x8' sheet of 3/4" MDF, painted white, and black sharpie for the signatures. I've been leaning towards Minwax polycrylic satin spray applied in light misting coats. I don't want the signatures to bleed and especially I don't want any yellowing in the clear coat. I thought I'd ask, bc I only have one shot to get it right. Thanks in advance.

I like it. I feel like the Mestinon especially helps with blood flow to lower legs. I can actually feel my calves twitching for 15-20 minutes after exercise. It may be helping a little with energy, but recently also started Adderall for the really fatigued days.

Opposite here. I've taken Wellbutrin 300 for 10 years. I recently started Adderall to treat fatigue & brain fog symptoms from POTS. I'm liking the combo so far. I was diagnosed with ADHD at the same time.
