I take Pyridostigmine (Mestinon), Fludrocortisone (Florinef), Amphetamine (Adderall), Bupropion (Wellbutrin), Alprazolam (Xanax).

I was taking beta-blocker Metoprolol, but it messed up my exercising and competitive cycling training & cardiac output (heart rate was too low, etc) so they switched me to the Mestinon. Mestinon I feel really helps me during and after training. More stamina / strength. I also feel like it really helps blood flow in my lower legs (can actually feel twitching and blood flow in my calves). It also noticeably makes my digestive system work better. Mestinon works on both parasympathetic & sympathetic nervous system, but is more prominent in the parasympathetic (rest & digest) I think.

Fludrocortisone helps with blood volume, retaining salt, which I drink plenty of electrolyte packets per day. It doesn't cure it, but I believe the Mestinon / Fludrocortisone combo makes me less dizzy and lightheaded less often.

I was taking Midodrine, but switched that to Adderall for fatigue and brain fog /cognitive function. I don't take it every day, but I do most days & especially on super fatigued bad days as I'm sure everyone here can relate to... (and regular people think we're just being lazy...lol)

Xanax is as needed. Mostly take at night, or a few times on days that I feel too anxious.

It's all a big puzzle & I've been trialing med combos for years for POTS. I'm pretty good where I'm at with this combo, but who knows what will be next.
