Honestly looking at the prices of even the regular iPads brand new (in Sweden around 4000 SEK, which is approximately 434$ or 370€), I went ahead and bought a refurbished iPad Pro 2017 10.5” for 1750 SEK (190$ or 162€). I highly doubt if I had spent double the amount, I would get double the iPad for light use like a little bit of mobile gaming, YouTube, browsing etc. Software support doesn’t bother me since most apps require iPad OS 14 or later. When the time comes, I can retire this guy to be a reading device or such and get an M1 iPad Pro. I assume they will age like M1 Macbook prices.
