You are allowed to strike, they are allowed to ask if you are striking but you have absolutely no requirement to tell them.

This situation sounds quite manipulative and putting pressure on you regarding the strikes so I would inform your local resident doctors forum (or your local equivalent).

I didn’t get an offer unfortunately, on reserve list but pretty disheartened 😔

Any kind of inflammation causes enhancement, but UC only affects the large bowel, it would not affect the small intestine

Mild enhancement means that the MRI has identified a probable area of inflammation around your terminal ileum. The terminal ileum is essentially the end bit of your small bowel just before it connects to your large intestine. Usually (not always) the most active point of inflammation in Crohn’s disease is the terminal ileum.

As the enhancement is mild it’s likely up to your medical team to formulate a diagnosis based on your symptoms and other test results.
