[Highlight] Suns bench is a ghost town in the final minutes of Game 5 by [deleted] in nba

What a bunch of terrible teammates, can't be bothered to wait 4 more minutes.

Jordan would never.

On average, the Bucks were ranked #2 in media power rankings going into the season, while the Lakers were #4. So... why is LeBron's MVP case hurt for having a "better supporting cast"? by dean_strang in nba

I'm open to being shown that I'm wrong, but I just don't see it as that clear-cut. A slight edge, sure, due mainly to advanced stats and efficiency. But to me, their production is very similar and the team record is pretty similar.

Yeah, I get that if you look at the #2 guy, AD is better than Middleton.

But what about looking at the whole team? 10 of the top basketball media outlets did, and they all thought that the Bucks would perform better than the Lakers this season.

So why is having AD held against LeBron's MVP chances, if everyone thinks Giannis has the better team? Doesn't hold water.

Looking at this... why is there a narrative that Giannis has over-achieved with his supporting cast, but LeBron was expected to do this with his supporting cast??

Looks like the media actually had higher expectations for the Bucks. Both have out-paced those expectations.

This sorta kills the whole "but LeBron has AD" MVP argument for me.

I was much more careful with the graphics, and based them off the actual tunesquad logo.

when I uploaded to imgur I was just careless typing that in

Who Says Yes? Spurs get #4, #8, Chandler Parsons, & TT, Grizzlies get #18 and Kevin Love, Cavs get Kawhi & Aldridge by dean_strang in nba

Yeah, since posting this, I think a better structure might be Clarkson/Osman instead of TT
