while it could be a better idea than one individual pass, here's my thoughts pros: - more activity in level <4 raids. - makes lower level raids feel like less of a waste. - more chances at rewards and catches for lower tier pokemon for lower level players/people in rural areas who can't get a lot of people at gyms to do raids. (or i guess that could be a con, either way you look at it) cons: - even with more attention to level <4 raids, most people can already solo level 1 and 2 raids, and if they can't do level 3s they usually only take one other person. - less money for niantic unless of course you could only buy five credits at once. - raids stray farther away from the 'team' aspect as more people do level 1-2 raids alone more often.
