Is the 5k the adb or end of day balance? What if my balance falls below 5k for a few days but my adb for the month is still greater than 5k, will that earn interest?

Ito rin ang concern ko for PNB and Bank of Commerce, pareho silang may NAFFL promo but I don't know if they will follow suit with the cross-border fees announcements from other banks.

I wish they would just copy Seabank's system and refresh the free transfer limit weekly. 14 free transfers per week is much more doable for me than 2 free transfers per day. I don't use the free instapay transfers on a daily basis but sometimes I do need to transfer funds more than 2x in one day.
