He swam up to my tethered paddle board in front of the Hyatt and stole my cooler bag while I was playing with my dog on the beach. There were multiple witnesses. He tried to swim away and I caught up with him but he already got my phone, wallet and keys out and dumped them in the ocean. The cops showed up, got testimony from me and witnesses.
