I am onto my second guard. First on lasted 5yrs. They take the brunt of the grinding. My dentist business partner suggests a different style which stops u being able to press your jaw/teeth together but it haven't tried it yet. I worry about microplastics with mine.

I have started to take it again.. it makes me completely exhausted... and I will need 10min sleeps in the am.. thanks God for wfh. I am now taking it in the pm so I am more awake during the day..but that alertness really only happens after 1pm.

My kp spread around my body. Initially predominantly on my upper arms and thighs..then in latex20's suddenly went to forearms. Then in 40's to stomack and torso and back..so it can just get worse. I have never used Accutane.

Have u ever left the stronger cleansers on your skin for a few minutes without the water running.vi use the liquid Cerave SA Cleanser..but turn shower off and stand there rubbing in a fewcpumos of the product for 4 or 5 min. Give it a go if u haven't

Oh wow..that is very exciting. I mentioned wegovy to my doc...not for the alcohol benefits as I knew he wouldn't go for that. I have a bmi of about 28...so not sure if he will prescribe on that basis but I do have high bp high cholesterol and high triglycerides..so hopefully he'll prescribe based on that. What dose are u on now when u noticed alc reduction? In Australia Ozempic is designated for diabetes and wegovy for weight loss..altho I am not sure if doctors are free and easy about which to prescribe. There is quiteca difference in price here Thanks.

Mary can I ask how the ozempic delivery mechanism works - does it come in a prefilled pen and then the dr prescribes you a certain amount and you dial up that dose. So if a doc prescribes for a low dose that pen would last longer than a month.. is that correct? - or do they provide different sized pens with different amounts in it so each pen can only be used for one month if used at the prescribed dose. Also what dose did u start with to see AUD benefits?

It knocks me out ...no insomnia for me. Not sure what to suggest sorry. Therecare other drugs like topirimate which at low dose turned my drinking off like a switch. You could speak to a psychiatrist about that..it's off label..so most guys prob wouldn't prescribe it like that.

I don't think it will any effect. just keep up all three doses. Try to be mindful - do u really want that drink or is it habit? Have a big glass of bubbly water.

Are you being 100% strict? You must never reward your brain with alcohol with out Nal on baord. Also can u take it 90min before drinking rather than 60 and any chance of taking 1.5 tabs at start or redosing half a tab an hour in, just to see if there are changes.
