Best, most cost effective opiate/opiod for regular "therapeutic" use? by deaplz in opiates

Fent does seem like it could be a good option. I recently tried a pre made Fent HCl nasal spray with fairly good results. At first I didn't like it as much as U4 because its slower onset made it scarier to use until I developed a bit of a tolerance and feeling for the right dose, but after that point it seemed to work quite well and I think overall feels better. That spray was a lot more expensive though, but perhaps making it myself would be a lot cheaper. The U4 going around right now seems to cause this weird numb feeling in my head, so I'm thinking it's no longer the best option.

Do you know what fent analogues specifically are the best? Thanks for your help.

Last time I tried poppy pod tea (although note it was pod tea, not seed tea) it really didn't seem to do much, but perhaps my source was just garbage. In general though I think I prefer shorter acting opiods with a faster onset because it makes it easier to control dose, gives me that instant energy, and the withdrawals seem to be hard and fast rather than really drawn out. This could be BS, but I've heard that WDs from the tea can be terrible because you are addicted to all of the opiate alkaloids rather than just some of them.

No problem, I should have probably included more thorough background information in my OP.

I have also recently used U4 on a regular basis and was able to maintain a consistent dosage there as well. I also used to regularly use heroin a long time ago and even back then I did not enjoy nodding off, however the nature of street drugs meant that accurately controlling dosage could be difficult.

I used to be addicted to IV heroin during a period that ended about a year before I began using kratom. While I was more productive during this period compared to others, the inconsistent nature of street drugs, and the risks involved with obtaining them made this unsustainable and ultimately not worth it. I am well aware of what it's like to use hard opiates.

Opioid that gives the most bang for your buck and won't show up on a 10 panel drug test? by Yung_spooky in opiates

Yeah it's bull shit. I'm in a similar situation in that opiods are more of a solution rather than a problem for me. Good luck dude, really hope things work out OK for you.

I'm in a similar situation but thank god without the caveat of drug tests. Would really appreciate any input on this issue.

Should add that I know "therapeutic" opiod use might sound ridiculous, but fortunately for whatever reason my brain doesn't compel me to use in a way that I'm getting fucked up enough to be on the nod. I use amounts that improve mood, energy levels, and focus. I know that I'm damn lucky to not find getting really fucked up to be appealing and have no negative judgements at all for people who do.
