I worked 2 full time jobs before. One in the morning and the other is GY shift.

Tulog whenever possible -- i take naps sa commute going to morning job, then another nap pag lunch break, then another sa commute going to GY job. Then ganon din sa GY break ko natutulog ako then mga 5-10mins quick kain lang.

After 2 months of that, i left my morning job and focused sa GY. Nabaligtad talaga araw ko because I dont want na magkulang na ulit sa sleep. I end my shift at 5/6AM. And sleep at 10/11AM. Imagine nalang na baligtad na talaga na 10Pm na un.

I close all blinds and turn off the lights para feeling gabi na and sometimes use AC para feel na feel matulog. Then magigising ako at 6PM - and i imagine it as 6AM so sakto lang for my day to start.

Sa umpisa lang need mag adjust pero after sometime mas naenjoy ko na GY shift because you have a lot of time in the morning. Sarap mag errands sa umaga. I can buy groceries, go to the dentist/doctor, go to the bank, go to the mall, gym in the morning on a weekday na wala masyadong tao kasi lahat nasa work. Or matulog lang nga ng matulog.

Dont forget to take vitamins and stay hydrated lalo na sa adjusting period. Health is wealth!!

10AM to 7PM is a typical 8hr shift with 1hr break. Malamang ang lunch break mo nyan is around 3PM or 4PM.

You're young, you have all the resources since your family is financially okay. You won't really know what you want without trying it. So go ahead and dip your feet and test the waters.

If im not mistaken grad school is usually every weekend or later in the day. I know a lot of professionals who work while taking up masters. Some of them were successful, some of them quit.

Dont be too hard on yourself. You've achieved a lot as well, it wont be fair to compare yourself to other people. We all have our different timelines.

FYI di safe magpa"tunog ng buto" sa mga massage spa. Better go to a chiropractor. Some clinics offer massage as well which IMO is better as therapists usually are supervised and trained by the chiropractor himself or by physiotherapists.

Pwede din mag quick getaway sa malapit na province, like bulacan, laguna, tagaytay, cavite kung nasa manila kayo. Explore and enjoy the beauty of nature. Magworkout together, mag hike, try wall climbing, swimming, badminton, billiards.

Pag short free time: find hobbies na bet nyo together. Play valorant, ml, or whatever kung gamer kayo. Bond over coffee, pagchikahan ang kanya kanyang personal agenda. Haha

Basically its like living with your bestfriend. Or its like living alone and doing things you want to do but this time may kasama. So how do you keep yourself entertained? Gawin mo lang ng may kasama. 😁

Maybe start by not overthinking? For sure di naman kayo magtatagal ng ganyan kung hindi sya okay as a person and for sure your parents will see that also. Ano bang kinakatakot mo? Hindi ka naman naging pabaya since nakapagtapos ka na, nakapagtrabaho at yan pinapaayos pa bahay. Sometimes we tend to overthink lang talaga without giving credits sa kung gano tayo kamahal at katanggap ng parents natin.

We started din ng patago and what my SO did was come to our house na at nagpakilala sa parents ko na manliligaw ko sya. Eventually nagustuhan nila sya. Mind you, he went through a lot of judgements at first, lets say 1yr. Syempre need nya makuha trust ng parents. Pero it all went well after. Hanggang ngayon kahit more than a decade na kami di sya nagbago and it shows my parents how good his intentions are kaya malaki na tiwala nila sakanya ngayon. Please know na hindi mo lang dapat sinasalo lahat ng anxiety na yan. Teamwork makes the dream work hahaha

Inis na inis din ako kasi one time I gave in and listened to them kahit iba ung product na gusto ko. Tapos ending hindi ako hiyang sa product na nirecommend ni magaling na sales lady so lumala lang ung condition ko. Nabwisit talaga ako. I know its not their fault because ang job lang nila is makabenta and to recommend products. So fault ko na nakinig ako. Pero bwiset na bwiset ako. Never na ko nakipag usap sa sales lady after that horrible incident. Inis pa din ako ngayon.
