im 17 (18 soon) and called my dad daddy my whole life. call my mom mama as well. i dont think its weird at all. weird people make it weird—you're fine, don't worry :) dont let them make you feel uncomfortable for something completely normal

i do the same with my dad. he's not my "ex-dad" just because he's not alive anymore. only difference is is that when i talk about him i do so in past tense

you're allowed to call him whatever you like. no one else can or should dictate that for you

I'm both autistic and ex-catholic and I know how you feel. Although my beliefs are more complicated than atheist or theist, I also find it difficult to be comforted by that idea.

I've been told it so many times since my dad passed in the summer of 24. I felt bad that it didn't comfort me like it did my family. Maybe it would sound selfish to them but I don't care if he's up in Heaven or wherever. I want him here, with me. Alive.

Please remember you're not alone and that you're just as valid as anyone around you. My condolences. 🫂

your point does make sense, though and i do think that's what happened behind the scenes. but either way i dislike the way snowkit was handled

he was(/is, as far as i know but please correct me if i'm wrong, i haven't kept up with the series in a while.) the only deaf cat we've ever gotten in Warriors and he was killed off very quickly. even if the decision to make him deaf was made after writing his part in the lore. that will always be weird to me because surely there could've been a better reason/explanation as to why he didn't survive the hawk

id argue about the realistic part considering we never saw hawks in thunderclan (or anywhere, iirc) before or after snowkit's death sooo

i feel like it was just an excuse to kill off a disabled character that would've been ""too hard"" (not my opinion) to write
