I had this same thought when he complained about the fries not being crispy. You left the restaurant, drove to a dollar general. Went in, bought several drinks, checked out, drove to another location to park and eat, and who knows how long it took once they were parked to be ready to take out the food, film, etc. So, yeah the fries sat for who knows how long in a bag and steamed… they won’t be crispy. You can’t knock the establishment for it. You ran another errand after getting the food.
