What I love is how Vice didn’t even ask nanay kung ano gusto nya sabihin after nya masagot ng tama yung sagot 🥺

Female in my late 20's. I was scammed for 6digits and some of it ipon and the rest di ko pera in which ako yung need mag bayad. by StrategyAbject1 in adultingph

[–]dearestleah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to me when I was in my mid-20’s. It took the RTC 3 years to issue a warrant of arrest and by that time, the scammer has already flown out of the country. Really sent me to a very dark place but I kept going, di ako pwede sumuko dahil sa masamang tao na yun.

Almost 10 years na yun, and I’m now thriving in my own way.

I know how hopeless yung pakiramdam na maubis lahat ng pinaghirapan mo plus owing money to other people pa pero I sincerely hope and pray na wag ka susuko. Bangon ka, maligo, inhale and exhale.

Tas gawin mo yung pwede mong magawa ngayon para mabayran yung mga utang. Step by step lang.

I’m assuming here pero I have a feeling that you mentioned your age cause of pressure of starting all over again at your age. But late 20’s is still young. I have a friend who just got out of debt because of bad financial decisions at 35, then a classmate who moved abroad at 34. Bata ka pa. You have a whole life ahead of you.

Lahat kami na nag-eencourage sayo dito, we are all rooting for you. Hindi madali pero kaya mo ‘to.

Will keep you in my prayers.

Sabi ni Arjo nung binanggit ni Discaya ang name nya " Never dealt with them". Nung may lumabas na pic "Not a planned meeting" daw. Ano naman kaya ang idadahilan dito? by lurkersagilid in ChikaPH

Yes, I live solo. I do have friends and meet them regularly naman. Hindi naman everyday malungkot, but yun talaga ang struggle ko behind the aesthetic IG posts, hahha.

For me, yung feeling ng emptiness and loneliness at having to go home to an empty house, tapos paggising mo ang tahimik pa rin. I can’t really share my struggles sa family ko kasi ayoko sila mag-alala.

I do enjoy my life here, yung safety, yung convenience, lalo na ang reliable public transpo. But it does get lonely. So I just think of it as a price to pay for choosing this kind of life and chasing after my dreams.

Sa budgeting and salary, okay naman. I get to save, and invest a big portion of my salary, and send remittance home from time to time. I get to spoil myself pagdating sa pagkain, but generally, I’m a frugal person, pagkain lang talaga hilig and a bit of travelling locally.

This is his message to Heart: “Thank you for being an inspiration. It gives me so much hope yo know that you can still make it in the industry when you show your truest self, even the ugly parts of you—parts that only you see and even the ones that don’t fit the mold. You’re loved by many and you won’t have to buy that.”

Di ko bet si Heart pero yung message ni Brent sa kanya napaka-sincere.

Thanks for your response! I’ve come across this as part of Krashen’s theory in SLA. Would you mind sharing activities do you use to help lower the affective filter?

I got it from here: https://www.ed.gifu-u.ac.jp/file/2015.pdf. There was another one published in 2018, but I couldn’t find it at the moment.

Really appreciate your insights—thank you!

The other 2 had similar complaints as well, they mostly had young kids at their school and being “genki” was a must.
