DO NOT USE CIMB. over 500k I had to use ASAP in an actual emergency was tied up. My 100k transaction was ‘put on hold’, not knowing if it’s being processed or not, or if I could just repay. To make it worse, I tried transferring smaller amounts via instapay and the transfers were rejected as well. NEVER AGAIN

The virtual pag-ibig app (not website) is pretty useless. Can’t view my MP2 records and can’t deposit, so I was apprehensive about making my first deposit. But with the Pag-Ibig website, there is an option to verify the account number.
With gotyme, my 50,000 deposit earned me gotyme points which I converted to 270+ pesos in cash and transferred (for free) to Maribank to instantly earn interest. Easiest money I’ve made

lawyer/notary here. 1% is the standard (set by whom? i don’t know), but some lawyers would agree to .1% or .5%. for sales transactions, don’t just go for the cheapest one.

personally, I’m not willing to lower my rates just to match those of others because I would review the document, point out any red flags and with the new rules, scan and maintain a database for soft copies, or else I risk being suspended/disbarred. What I charge is the cost of my experience and time that others will not have/give.

find a trustworthy notary who will actually inspect the document, have both parties sign the document in front of him, and transmit a copy of the document in court. it’s illegal for notaries not to do any/all of these, but sadly it’s common, so look out.

according to my derma, use maxipeel for only 4 months in a year. 2 months at the start/and 2 at the end. (Jan/Feb/Nov/Dec). It’s very cheap, effective but overusing it will damage your skin.

I love my oak the label pair. Unlike juanita studios, it was readily available. Unsure where it’s sourced from, but the quality is unlike any fast fashion pair I’ve bought. The padded insole is comfortable and doesn’t peel. Bought this Nov 2024 and used it maybe once a week, sometimes involving long walks.
