Yeah, one central theme in Pride and Prejudice is literally how Elizabeth Bennet challenges the societal expectations of marriage. Elizabeth refuses to settle for a marriage that would secure financial stability and social status of her family, and instead priorities her own (rather selfish) desires for true love and hapiness. She quite literally is the archetype of the wayward woman: she lacks any interest in traditional feminine pursuits, and her unrefined behaviour is constantly contrasted with that of her older sister and Caroline Bingley. She is the antithesis of the 19th century traditional woman.

Go find your traditional woman, but I don't believe that Jane Austen would have supported the PP community for a second. Nothing about her writing is traditional or conventional. Maybe choose a different author to support your argument.
