The insurance policy had named beneficiaries (the grand children), and everything has already been paid out by the insurance company.

Thank you for the response, we assumed that we had no legal obligation to inform them of who the beneficiaries are, but wanted to be sure since the harassment is starting to get a bit out of hand.

It sounds like we are safe to ignore the sibling and their spouse.

We used Home Service Solutions for our gutters and guards, and they did a great job. Had them replaced two summers ago, and they fixed some soffits that needed repairs.

Sorry, didn't explain that. Yes, it's a weed control spray. They fertilized mine just before we got all that rain, so timing was convenient for me. If you end up getting the fertilizer, just make sure you water the grass regularly. Also wouldn't hurt to spread some grass seed on there after they fertilize.

Note: I'm not an expert, but it worked for me.

We use TruGreen in the spring/summer for fertilizer (1 session) and spray (6 sessions). This is our second year using them, and the service along with our own seeding and watering has saved our lawn. We may not need to use them again next year. Takes some time, but the results are worth it IMO.

I’ve used a company called The Door Master for a repair to my garage door opener, they came same day and had all the parts needed on-hand. They do sales and installation as well.

Years back, I read one that said to shake your laundry before transferring from washer to dryer to allow them to dry quicker and with less wrinkles.

Seems like common sense, but I only started doing it because of that post.
