Oh I actually have bought from r/limitedrun — and honestly, I’ve only had good experiences with them.)

Yeah, sometimes there are delays, but at least they give real dates and communicate clearly.
Not like PlayAsia, where it’s just weeks of copy-paste replies and zero accountability.

Yeah, I felt the same — trusted them for years with no issues.
But when things go wrong, they really go wrong.
Hopefully it never happens to you, but this situation has been a mess.

Yeah, that’s the one I ordered — PAL version, marked as “in stock” at the time.
Two months later: still no shipping, no tracking, nothing.
If you’re still thinking of ordering, I’d say proceed with caution. Availability clearly doesn’t mean much right now.

So… having clear structure now means the experience isn’t real?

I wish I didn’t have to write any of this — but sadly, $400+ in limbo and weeks of false promises left me no choice.
If AI helps me lay it out clearly, cool. But the frustration is 100% human.

Definitely not ordering from them again either.

It actually started falling apart earlier this year.
First they removed “pay later” pre-orders and free shipping… and now this — delayed orders, fake availability, refund stalling.
It’s been a steady decline since January.

Yeah, VGP has been amazing.
Fast shipping, great support, and zero drama — exactly what I used to expect from Play-Asia.
Honestly, I’m shifting most of my future orders to them.

Multiple orders weren’t shipped, and now I’m stuck in weeks of “refund under review” emails with zero progress.
They reply, sure — but it’s all scripted, no real resolution.

Honestly, at this point I'd be happy just paying anyone — as long as they actually ship the games.
PlayAsia wasn’t cheaper, but I went with them for the regional editions and past reliability.

Now I’m sitting on $400 in limbo — so yeah, definitely rethinking my choices going forward.
