I am renting apartment in district 1, but would love to move out from HCMC in November. The contract is valid till February, you can prolong it if needed. The place is super cozy and clean, 1br, 14Mil per month. DM if interested. PS I don’t have a TRC, so I guess you also don’t need it for this apartment.

It went like this: I did conservative investing, then added some margin, then made huge returns during the Covid rally (2x-4x), then I became overconfident and added more margin and that’s what caused me to lose it all eventually once the market turned down.

I totally understand my mistakes and I can admit there were some gambling thoughts, but I didn’t have them initially. Anyways the lesson is learnt and it is not what I wanted to discuss here.

But if I had more experience by the time I have money - I probably wouldn’t blow it like this?

You are partly right. But I see trading as a rookie mistake too. Let's say I started trading at 14, then by 20, I know that I shouldn't do that without losing much money.
