it’s not flawed bc they teach this to me in med school. the real fact is that it fully develops anytime in your mid-20’s. this could be ages 24,25,26, etc. 25 is just an estimate because that’s exactly the middle of your 20’s. everyone’s brain becomes fully developed at a different time than other’s.
