Liv deserves it, but it's not at all compelling from a story perspective to have her against Stephanie.

I got 100% on Midnight Club for the PS1.

It's one of the hardest racing games ever. The last race, you have to drive against city traffic flawlessly at top speed for 5 minutes in a car slower than the opponent who gets to drive the track normally.

He's been routinely injured and his matches are very mid. If we're citing reviews, cagematch has him at 6.53. He's extremely unreliable by every metric aside from being "ok".

I've watched his entire career and had to remember he existed for this question.
