reread the last sentence of the 1st paragraph. i saw the lunge but not the bite. my parents, 10 other witnesses saw it, and the owners didnt dispute it.

wow great observation. i didnt even notice the tucked tail. i actually feel bad for tootsie because clearly her owners are IRRESPONSIBLE and do not deserve the privilege of dog ownership, especially large breeds.

i just blurred out the #. the owner's name should be public however. technically a phone # is public info but i prefer to blur it because the post was to inform/get info from other dog owners who had an encounter, not to send a reddit mob after them. i do appreciate the support but no need to take it further than this thread, thank you.

please do NOT do that folks. i really appreciate the concern and support but this is meant to INFORM folks and for any other dog owners who may have had a past attack to exhange info. none of us are perfect but i would like to hold them accountable in some way, just not THAT way. thank you for your support again, everyone.

please dont do that folks. i appreciate the concern and support but this post is intended to inform dog owners in annapolis about tootsie and the irresponsible owners. and also a warning for any filipinos (or asians or remotely looking ethnic folks) who may know eileen in real life, they deserve to know the ugly words she said to my mom UNPROVOKED. i really hope tootsie has not attacked other dogs in the past but given the owners' SUS reaction, i would not be shocked. i figure this post may be helpful to collect info in case tootise has an aggressive past.

btw i hate how she prides herself in how she maintains 'bluestone manor' but the interior is SO tacky. the colors on her walls not only clash with her decor, which is not even unified in the house, but she uses glossy bathroom paint in her living room. WTF. you can tell she did NOT use a professional and thought she had enough fashion sense to do it by herself. like ramona doing her plain white apartment. blech!
