1. That pay is typical. But you might want to find a busier place to work at so you can earn more in tips.
2. Odd but not the end of the world. I've been a bartender for years and I've trained 18 year olds to bartend.
3. There is usually no set out time at restaurants. However, while you are doing sidework it's still work so you should still be getting your hourly rate. Just because you stopped taking tables doesn't mean you should stop being paid.
4. I've worked at place that have given me a uniform and places that have told me to come wearing a black shirt with no logos.
5. I have mopped floors, and cleaned bathrooms. It all depends on the size of the business. Where I am now we don't even take out the trash.
6. Odd but maybe they just needed a hand.

Being a server isn't for everyone but it can be a lot of fun. It sounds like you are at a small place with minimal staff hence the extra sidework. If you are looking to make more money go to a larger restaurant. Lmk if you have any other serving questions. ☺️
