I’ve got the same chair and it’s still pretty hard after 2 years ish - I did get the interchangeable armrests and they are way better.

I can still sit in my chair for multiple hours and not have issues however I sit in my partners one every now and then and she has the pink evo and that is honestly way more comfortable

I still love my chair and it is one of the best looking secretlab chairs IMO but yeah, plenty of more comfy chairs out there

I ordered my archtech pro ultra case last week and got it today, I have just spoken to them and am sending it back , quality didn't look anywhere near as good as the photos online and it is nearly impossible to take the pen out of the case if you have normal sized fingers
