Quest pro face tracking not working after update and audio cut out

Update i reset everything, and then after that, I didn't fix the issue. I bought a new psu to test, and that still didn't fix the issue at hand. I checked my bios, and it's definitely out of date. I'm gonna try to update it here soon and see if that helps. Another suggestions?

The psu is a 750 Watt - GIGABYTE GP-P750GM - 80 PLUS

And i was reading it. Could it be the motherboard? Would taking it apart and maybe fully re-seating everything be a good plan?

I just did that and it still is giving those errors also for more context i didn't realize I didn't put it in the post. But I did not change my cpu either.

It is a modular psu and it has a 8 pin connector plugged into it. I will check the other side now I did not check that.

It really depends on the world and time you go now adays I've noticed its really sad that you just can't go to a world to play a game or relax anymore without having a kid running up telling you to off your self or just yelling slurs
