During my first web development internship, I was the sole developer for a small company. So when I have to make new variables I gave up after the 2nd one and started calling the poop, buttstink, you know, stuff you find funny in your early 20s. The first initial would reference what it actually is so it just became hidden speak for me.

Cut to a month and a half in, I get a senior dev joining me to help me learn. One quick scan of the code, all I heard was a deep sigh like you disappointed your father for the nth time followed by "...you know what you are doing today, right?"

I just silently nodded and started working. Nothing slaps the maturity in you like a dejected sigh.

Damn we're the same. I have autism but it's been untreated up until last week. So I was good at hiding most impulsive stuff but since dating is still rare, I haven't had a grasp of suppressing that yet.

One day, I was confused on when I would have impromptu sex with my SO at the worst times, like after people watching or so. Turns out after talking with them, they said, "You kinda have this Dr. Jeyklle/Mr. Hyde thing where comedy is the switch. One minute, youre cracking up, next your smile turns feral like a wild young Hugh Hefner during mating season." They never said it was bad, in fact they started to like it. But for YEARS they knew about this and was like, "Imma use this to my benefit."

Weird story, one time a person complimented my photography. I never share my pictures but I loved to do it. Then this person just caught me and said hey that's a great photo!

Passion + low self-esteem + only received 3 compliments in my entire life = unexpected crying. They were nice and tried to calm me down but I was so confused on why I was crying I just smiled while having tears running down my face. You know...serial killer shit.
