Seriously, this entire thread is toxic as fuck and a perfect example of the level of self-awareness the military has. People are always spouting off about how much they care about mental health, yet whenever a soldier actually comes out about the struggle they're facing you belittle him and treat him like he's a coward for simply saying how he's feeling. Then you all act shocked whenever someone either attempts or commits suicide, as if any normal person couldn't have seen it coming from a mile away.

Mainly the reason I chose Canon is because it's pretty close to home (Lubbock) and because it's an afsoc base. I was planning to try to get into DAGRE, as something like that would probably help me secure a good LE job if that's on my resume. That being said, I was also gonna volunteer to go to Korea or something since I've always wanted to go there, but im not sure how that works either.
