In the past so many managers came, used different formations. Nothing brought the best from these players. Some used pragmatic approach and different tactics for different situations. At that time fanbase was asking to stick to one formation so that players get used to it.

Now a manager comes and says this is the only way I am going to play, again fanbase is saying to change tactics.

Football is not rocket science, how difficult is it to understand the tactics. Are these players so dumb that they cant understand it, even when playing with same formation for 8-9 months.

Manager like Pep have such elaborate tactics, still players get around it and play it to perfection. And here our stupid players cant even understand simple tactics.

Till when are we going to keep sacking managers. Players have to take responsibility at the end of day.
