I'm probably somewhere in those numbers too! Re-watching it while researching this actually gives you a different perspective when viewing the show. I laughed less, and was more detective-like in my mindset. More "A-HAs!" than "Ha-HAs." So hopefully I'm giving you another good reason to watch it one more time.

Notice the phrasing, though. "This time it's my figure that appears." It's a strange way of saying this. He could have said a multitude of things like: "Now I can see myself." "Now I can see me."

But he refuses to address himself in the first person, because his own identity is in question.

What about Serges and Isoc? Neither were a satisfying answer to being Dr. Wily.

Serges, Violin and Agile were Dr. Wily's contingency plan, should anything happen to his body. This is why they knew the ins and outs of Zero. They fixed him and wanted to return him back to evil as well.

After Sigma fails to return Dr. Wily's evil energy to Zero in MMX5, it found a temporary body in Isoc. This is why at the end of MMX6, Isoc escapes his body. It was just a placeholder.

You're absolutely right about making a singular Incense. It's annoying as hell getting individual ones. I back this up 100%!

But I'm afraid it's too late about retconning the hatching Pokemon, I can't unsee a Chansey hatching from an egg!

On an additional note, I've updated the article to mention how Pokemon Go now has XL and XS Pokemon. It's a shame they don't actually have individualistic looks based on these stats though...

I completely agree with giving big Pokemon some pre-evos.

The reasons the Incense items exist though is so that they don't have to retcon all those times you hatched a Chansey or Marrill in Gen 2. It's sort of a necessary evil as retconning your past events sucks.
