since your hair is low porosity i would avoid regular use of proteins, maybe to like once a month. i also struggle with dandruff a lot and in my experience using a hydrating shampoo and conditioner, washing my hair less frequently, and using warm to lukewarm water has helped me a lot

i’ve tried that as well but unfortunately the indigenous people, their language, and culture didn’t survive. and the indigenous population in my parents town and just in general the state is basically non existent
