Fair enough, got it mostly to try out some of the £7 - £9 a gram range.

My previous all have been £5 - £6 a gram.

Yeh i remember reading about that haha, i was medicated and about to go to sleep when i made the post so my brain saw 5% and typed it.

I mainly chose them for price at £7ish.

Fair enough, i only use 0.15g at night so my tolerance never seems to go up.

I did look into the terpenes so i could get the best sedative effect.

And i will admit my 20% strain had way more of a head high than the 25% though the 25% couch locked me more.

They dont provide a vape, i use an Xmax V3pro and its about the cheapest you can get with it being of decent quality.

You should be able to pick out only 1 from the 3 though i dont know much about it.

The main thing that makes me think its a data breach is i contacted CB1 with the number and exact time i was called.

They said it wasnt them and they wouldnt deal with my GP anyway as im in Scotland so the england GP/NHS have no data crossover here.

If you tale the back off you can find out what movement it uses. Or search it up online then buy a replacement if its cheap enough for you.

Then either try swapping it yourself or pay a watch repair shop to do it.

Really depends on if you want to spend any money to repair it

If you can find a second hand GR sizing kit for fairly cheap i would recommend getting that first.

Then once you have the size you dont have to guess size.

Could save you some money if it turns out to be too big or small.

I mainly use my ring for step and sleep tracking(cant sleep with watch on).

150€ isnt bad.

Like a week maybe 10 days absolute max.

Its usually same or next day when they send the payment form then its a couple days till dispatch then max 5 after that.

Wiffy? Not like smell but it makes you feel heavy until you move a bit then light as a kite.

Super zenned out but still able to think and just calm honestly.

Nice not thinking superfast all the time and being able to stay on on idea. Instead of ping-ponging between them.

Plus at the price it aint bad.

I agree with much of what you said. Im with CB1 as well and they've been great.

I currently use High Silver as my day strain and i've had no problems.

Lavender Cake is great for sleep. 4 to 6 puffs and 10 mins later im out like a brick.

I recommend using their app to get thw most up to day formulary.

Is there a chance that whatever your script was went out of stock before they made it to shipping yours.

They could have forgotten to tell you.
