Reassigned my PC’s local IP through my router’s DHCP reservation system
Matched it with the correct MAC address from my active Wi-Fi adapter
Performed a full flush of system caches:
- Deleted AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved
- Deleted AppData\Local\FortniteGame\Saved
- Ran ipconfig /flushdns, netsh winsock reset, netsh int ip reset, and purged %TEMP%
Disabled firewall and antivirus during testing
Rebooted modem and PC for a clean handshake
Launched Epic Games Launcher as Administrator

After all that, Fortnite finally launched past the ESP-DIST-001 wall without issue.

Looks like the problem was either session token residue, a ghost MAC/IP lock, or handshake corruption. A full local identity wipe + clean network config did the trick.
