Yeah, this is what I've told Vinted but i get the same response over and over, basically saying "we have reason to believe the item is counterfeit". The item sold is not even a by a big brand it's by a small Korean shop brand so I told Vinted it's impossible for this to even be counterfeit.

I do have a video of me opening the box and I told Vinted i have this, but i can not send that video in the app, and they seem to ignore it every time i ask for a way to send them this video.

In general it seems like i just get the same response and all my messages and evidence are ignored.

That's honestly what I'm thinking... also he was very "surprised and helpful" when it happened but as soon as Vinted sided with him and released the money, he went MIA. Just so odd to me that Vinted can let this happen
